A Happy Passover 09
On the Shabbat, 17 Apr 09, Joelle, Reva, Tina and Paul joined together to celebrate the Passover. Sadly, Erica could not join us and (not sadly) Michelle and Dan were happily cruising the waters off Central America…heading for the Panama Canal. Marjorie Ruth served us a most delicious Seder dinner with every condiment and course as prescribed in the most traditional mode.
Our Seder was not only a feast for the body…it was also a feast for the mind. With Tina and Paul holding forth, we discussed the meaning of Passover, its history, and how it has shaped our people.
It was a most memorable time…
